  1. Set the job context

    Choose jurisdiction, NCC edition, and building class so answers match the rules that apply to that job — not a generic national summary.

  2. Ask what you see

    Describe the issue in plain language. Optionally attach up to four site photos so retrieval and coaching can lock onto the visible detail (flashings, clearances, wet areas, and so on).

  3. Get coached answers

    We search published knowledge (NCC / ABCB material and, for staff, licensed standards) and return Compliance, Best practice, and Site risk coaching with citations.

  4. Take citations with you

    Open the source context, then download a citation pack or related PDFs (plan depending) for builders, supervisors, or certifiers — always verify against the official NCC.

What a good answer looks like

Outputs are coaching lanes, not a certificate. Use them to brief the crew and to find the clause you still need to confirm in the code.
