Questions, site photos and answers are stored on the operator’s server so we can run the coaching service, enforce rate limits and improve the knowledge base. The operator can delete a conversation on request.
Anonymous visitors are identified by session and IP for rate limits only. Signed-in accounts keep question history according to their subscription plan. Staff accounts are used for administration and licensed standards.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this site. Billing metadata (plan, status, customer id) is stored to deliver the service.
Site photos may include GPS coordinates in EXIF metadata. When present, the product labels them as “GPS recorded” or “no GPS”; an ask is not blocked when GPS is absent.
Data requests go to the site operator of complianceapp.net. Do not upload personal information you are not authorised to share.
